"Women Leading the Way" Patty DeDominic was honored in June 2007 by the Euro-American Women’s Council with its prestigious “Artemis Award” at the 11th Annual Global Forum in Mykonos & Athens, Greece. The EAWC bestows the “Artemis Award” only upon men and women leaders from around the world.

Those who receive the award have notably contributed to the growth and advancement of economic and societal achievements on both a national and an international scale.  In addition, honorees personify outstanding business principles such as fair competition, teamwork and cooperation, while setting powerful examples for future generations to follow. Named CEO of the Year by the L.A. Business Journal in 2006, Patty has received numerous accolades throughout her career.

In 1979 she founded PDQ Personnel Services, Inc. and built it to become one of the largest staffing services in California. PDQ Personnel Services, Inc. & CT Engineering was sold to a billion-dollar privately held Santa Barbara firm, in November of 2006. She is past Chairman of the LA Area Chamber of Commerce and the Foundation for SCORE, as well as past national president of the National Association of Women Business Owners.   Known as an assertive champion of employment development in business, industry and government, Patty has distinguished herself as a passionate advocate and mentor for women entrepreneurs.    Since she has built and operated multimillion-dollar enterprises, earned awards and successfully sold or exited businesses for win/win and long term sustainability, she started a Business Consulting & Angel Investment firm in 2006 called "DeDominic and Associates."
